Second, users can gather more information from several reference libraries and links, webinars and mobilized phone applications. Third, they can participate in community via a range of social media and a site-specific area: sharing information by users will help change the model of health care from the “bottom up.” Finally we have developed a unique and proprietary technique of using specific lifestyle habits to start and preserve change in other habits.
