We have multiple pathways for eliminating toxics from the body: feces from bile in liver, urine from blood to kidneys, breath from the lung, sweat from the skin. But we have a limited capacity—the Phase 2 processes of the liver particularly can become overwhelmed. If we do not enough liver capacity, then toxins get dumped into the blood, where they shouldn’t be. Humans weren’t designed for the volume and type of today’s toxins, and this is now a major contributor to chronic illnesses.
